Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our guild inspectors verify the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
